So I ordered brats and franks, the brats are great, the dogs however smelt like the bologney that had gone bad from my youth, went in and they said it's the smoking that makes it taste and smell like that A few weeks later I Ordered a couple more rounds of brats, excellent. My wife ordered a special order of Irish bangers and brats for Christmas and let me tell you, I know what baby poop smells like and these bangers... View all feedback.

They are truly the best, both as butchers and as individuals! I have recommended them to my closest friends and they have all had the same wonderful experience. It's refreshing to see young professionals and entrepreneurs succeeding in their business!
This well-organized traditional butcher shop offers a selection of fresh and dry-aged meats. If you're looking for quality that goes beyond what you find at Whole Foods, this is the place to go. While it may not reach the same level as a high-end steakhouse in Huntington, the experience here is more curated. The friendly service and upscale yet relaxed atmosphere add to the overall appeal.
Amazing Service and Food .We just made our Fresh Pasta with Asparagus and Their Pesto Sauce . Everything was Organic .Such a Great Dinner .Highly Recommend !We will Definitely be back for more goodies .
I enjoyed the EZ Philly cheese steak, it was soooooo clean and tasty and worthy of your enjoyment plus they have other sandwiches and meats to check out!!
