Rolled ice cream takes a bit of time to prepare, and it seems like new shops are popping up everywhere. However, this is one of the best ice cream places I've ever been to. The ice cream is creamy and not overly sweet. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly—just ask them for a recommendation! They make their base fresh on-site when you order, rather than letting it sit for days. View all feedback.
What char b doesn't like about Roll 'n Scoop:
I am really disappointed. This restaurant claims to be open, but when we arrived, it was locked. This has happened to us twice now. Please update your hours on the door and online so we don’t keep coming when no one is there. We also tried calling both times, but there was no answer or recording. We know the ice cream is excellent because we managed to get it once, but it's very frustrating that we can't return. View all feedback.
The handcrafted ice cream. You customize the ice cream you want. First you have to pick the ice cream flavor you want. Next you have to choose the toppings you want and lastly you can choose the drizzles and whip cream. I ordered the pistachio with almonds as toppings. The ice cream was so good. The customer service was excellent. The price is reasonable. They have 3 sizes the large, medium and small.You can watch while they make your ice cream.
Our 1st time trying Roll and scoop, the line had a ton of people. So you know it's good! The girl took her time answering all my questions and was very polite. The large is a generous portion, and the taste is amazing. We'll definitely be back!
Amazing ice cream with a homemade quality to it. If in doubt of yummy ice cream/topping combos, ask the owners. They are flavor combo connoisseurs. The coffee ice cream with salted almond topping was so delish!
We have been coming here since 2019. We haven't been here for a while due to Covid, but the quality hasn't changed a bit! Prices have stayed about the same since pre-pandemic. The service and staff are amazing and quick. They really do their best to make it your best experience possible. The owner even upgraded my whole family to free larges a while back. The place is definitely under great management. The ice cream is extremely filling and tasty. You have a variety of flavors and toppings and everything is completely customizable. It's great if you're coming back from the beach, or just are craving a different type of ice cream. The place itself is extremely clean. It's easy to miss the sign if it's your first time coming. You have stools if you want to watch the ice cream being made. There is a high table/counter you can sit on and a few lower tables with benches. It's well decorated and taken care of. This has been my favorite desert place for years and it will continue to be. I am so glad that it is just as I remember it.
So delicious and super friendly staff. Definitely a go to after a long day at the beach.
