This restaurant offers outstanding gourmet Italian cuisine. The meatballs appetizer is a must-try. The Salsicha pizza, topped with homemade sausage, is exceptional; it doesn't come with sauce, yet it remains flavorful and moist. A seriously disappointing experience. There was no mention when making the reservation that main courses would not be offered. Perhaps we were saved from further disappointment. Our appetiser was good. However the pizza that followed was like rubber and the cannelloni which was recommended by the waiter lacked the promised filling of cheese and asparagus and the pasta that encircled it was like cardboard. Great location, beautifully designed very good food and the service was excellent. I had the Rigatoni and my lunches had pizza. It was delicious.
This was my first time here, even though I 've past by it about a zillion times. I hope that it certainly won 't be my last time dining here. The food was absolutely incredible! I don 't like to gush about food establishments, but when I do run across something that is outstanding, I need to make comment about it. The menu selection wasn 't all that impressive, so I 'settled ' for the spaghetti. Little did I know that this was going to be the BEST spaghetti I 've ever eaten..., in my entire life! It had house made 'nduja sausage, broccoli rave, Calabrian chili, and smoked ricotta. I wasn 't sure what all of that was, but combined it was delicious! We got there before the lunch crowd, so it was pretty empty when we arrived at 11:30 am. We had our choice of seats. The wait staff was very attentive and prompt. All in all it was a GREAT dining experience.
Soup, salad pizzeria pie WONDERFUL. Tax tip for two out the door $60.00 will worth it. Staff very attentive, clean inside out. Will be back again this is my 3rd time here over 12 years. Thank a job well done.
A staple in my restaurant rotation, try to make it out at least once a week. happy hour pies are the best deal going, drinks are on point and the staff are super cool. the thin layer of dough and the san marzano tomato sauce are the real stars of the pizza, so good! if you're not into a little char on your crust, just ask for it to come out with none, because that's how they are default from the wood fired oven. the happy hour fried brussels sprouts and the regular menu ones are also quite good, but i'd give the nod to the fried ones.
So stopped here last night, and the service was amazing. Our server brought the Haha's and tastey drinks. Food was pretty close to perfect, the poached egg on the carbonara was a little over done, same for the egg on the pizza. Pasta was fresh and prices were reasonable. Desert was good, enough choices and flavor here to make me want to make the drive back!
