Great guys and female family friend. talked to this trio for about 20 minutes at the Anaheim market two weeks ago. Took my sandwich to go and actually didn't eat it until a few hours later and then the other half the next day. The sandwich reheated in the over very well, so well in fact that I know a fresh one would be the best sandwich I have ever had! I definitely hope these guys become regulars. View all feedback.

Parolli's Porchetta is simply one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. It's packed with fantastic flavors and juices, all of which soak in wonderfully with the perfectly toasted bread. The roasted potatoes were a tad oily, but were very tasty and slightly crispy. Portions are very generous. Yes, this porchetta sandwich is on par with Roli Roti's in SF, and arguably better. The service is excellent and food is made with the family's TLC. Check their social media accounts to find out where they're going to be and if they're at SoCo on a Saturday, head over there and enjoy a mouth-watering Porchetta sandwich.
The porchetta sandwich here was really good! The meat felt like it could have melted it in your mouth, and it was just the right blend of meaty, fatty, and crunchy that the whole dish just tasted awesome! The bread was a little oily though (well the whole thing was), but that didn't detract away from how awesome the whole thing tasted, and probably was part of the reason why it tasted so good! The potatoes on the side were passable, and they were kind of salty, but they are forgettable with how good the sandwich was.
The bf and I stumbled upon Parolli Rolli when we decided to check out the SoCo Farmers Market. This was my introduction to porchetta, and it is made to perfection!
Edited rating will update once I get to try the sandwiches ...!
