The parking situation can be tricky, especially after breakfast when there aren't many spots available. Fortunately, we got lucky just as someone was leaving. The avocado toast at this place is the best I've ever tasted, and they use excellent coffee beans. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the baristas are incredibly friendly. The parking situation is challenging since the lot is quite small, but it's definitely worth it to park a block away and walk.
