In-n-out Burger - Costa Mesa

The service was extremely fast, the food was delicious and freshly made. The lobby was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

Overall, it's an okay experience. The ingredients are quite fresh, and the burger is decent, but it feels pretty basic and doesn't stand out as anything remarkable. My first visit to In-N-Out was in 2019, so I don't have any nostalgia attached to it. I recommend giving it a try, but don't expect too much. This particular location tends to be very busy, so be prepared to wait about 20 minutes.

I received excellent customer service at this location, the cashier Jordan, I believe, was friendly and patient while sharing recommendations. Rather than the classic fries, he suggested animal style fries and they were delicious. 10/10!

The traffic control not cool. Found burger didn't cook through. Meat still red. Didn't get sick after eating it. I guess that safe !?

I was really looking forward to trying In-N-Out Burger, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. This was the worst burger I've ever had in my life. The milkshake tasted like a powdered mix with artificial strawberry flavor. The cheeseburger was dry and resembled the taste of leather. I won't be returning to this place. If all In-N-Out locations are like this, I can't fathom how they're still in business.
