What Lumi Tanabe doesn't like about Gyutan Tsukasa U.s.a:
Extremely overpriced. It was once a good spot, but the quality and portion sizes have become unacceptably small. For that price, you might as well go to a nice steakhouse instead. As for vegetarian options, there are none. View all feedback.
The best tasting beef tongue ever. I order the bento box with 8 pieces, came with rice and pickled greens. This place is always has a line and its worth it.
The beef tongue was pretty good and it came with rice and some soup. Even though the provided pickles were small in portion, it definitely complimented the beef tongue umami taste. The next time I visit, I'll try the other dishes they have.
Best grill beef tongue ever. And the price grows even faster. When I know this place, a 12 pieces set cost $18. Right now is $28.
In my opinion, this place boasts the best of the best beef tongue in SoCal. I 've yet to find any other spot that comes close to matching up with the flavors and quality offered here. It 's become a go-to for me, and whenever friends come back home here, the immediate question is, Can we go here? The nature of the taste, as the meat grills with a charming charcoal touch, is nothing short of fantastic. The tenderness and flavor profile are perfectly balanced, creating an experience that has the power to light up the whole world in your mouth. Visiting once in a while is a treat, and this place holds a special spot in the hearts (and taste buds) of those who 've had the pleasure of savoring its exceptional beef tongue. PS: the price now is higher than before….yeah……I guess it’s cuz of the inflation……
Best Japanese beef tongue in the entire state. Top quality, super authentic place. Restaurant is in a food court convenient if you want to try other things. Great gyutan soup as well. Nothing to critique.
