What a find! Smaller and simple furnishings, but WOW, the food was great. I had lunch in Singapore Noodles, my friend had vegetable noodles. The parts were HUGE, as in the old days. Friendly and professional staff. We were back a few days ago and had my Singapore Noodles and Chow Mein. Had to get a doggy bag to take the extra home. You have to try this little jewel. Thoughts after lunch on a whine. Place was packed (Lunch time) but I sat fast, given water, hot tea, and a fresh place setting along with a menu. Ordered a lunch special Mongolian beef that came with fried rice and an egg roll. Huge part I had to take home later. The food came out, burn your mouth, **** hot, so you know it was made fresh and not sitting around. The egg roll was perhaps the best I had ever shattered in the intended hot mustard, there were three huge bites of heaven. Mongolian beef was great with many onions #onionlovers. I was very pleased with quite all the great meal service tea for $14 tip. Maybe the next time I remember taking photos before I was wasted.
Here. Al's Palace is one of my favorite Chinese food to eat! A reminder, after work my father would buy us food from here, we would eat and enjoy the tea! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful portions! Your lunch is the best! Chicken Chow Have fun! If I can, and still here, I will bring my future family here, just to survive, and again my love for this place....
Mandel-Hühner-Express-Lunch, come up here for almost 30 years for my favorite dish. It's just as good as the first day I ordered.

Good Chinese takeout food with a dining room. WARNING if you choose the Add Noodles option to your lunch special, they will mix the noodles into your dish, rather than giving you a side of noodles. This turns out horrible of you choose something like the sweet and sour pork lunch special. You don 't want noodles mixed into that! Furthermore if you ask for the noodles on the side, they are just plain boiled noodles, nothing special. Anyway, the Chicken Chow Mein with soft noodles is by far their best dish. The sweet and sour pork was also good, and I like it more than the sweet and sour chicken. The Orange Chicken was not that great, flavorless. The Mongolian Beef was good. The Wor Wonton soup is great. The egg flower soup was excellent with robust flavor. The egg rolls are excellent. But they are served with ketchup, so I ask for sweet n sour sauce to dip them in. The egg foo young was disappointing, zero flavor. I wouldn 't be surprised if they told me that the gravy was made up of basically water, cornstarch, and brown food coloring. The Family meals are a great way to experience a variety of dishes. Lunch specials until 4pm. Oh ya, and while the wine is cheap quality, they make up for it by filling the wine glass to the top!
