Small portions, seed oils used in dressings and sauces. Will not return. Need to write more words to post review?! Yelp mistake.
Weird vibes. The food is good for what it is fast, ready Greek . But I have a weird experience every time. I've done curbside and the phone just rang and rang so I had to go in anyway. The portions are served like they are worried they are going to run out. And this last time I got a side pita and it was a cut piece of pita not a whole pita . When I've gone in to order, the employees seem annoyed. Again, the food is pretty good for what it is, and fine for a quick lunch on the go. But I wouldn't suggest it as an overall great experience for a special lunch with a friend, somewhere to take someone from out of town, etc.
At around 6:20pm today Tuesday my wife and I went for dinner. The reason for 3 stars is due to at least 3 employees looking miserable and just angry to be there. The looks on their faces looked like we were an inconvenience. They were not pleasant, welcoming, or friendly. People may say well you pay for what you get. I would argue that the 27 for two total bowls is paying for more than an average dinner. The food quality is fine and the serving sizes are less than average. So add that to poor customer service it doesn't equate to what is being paid. I also work in the customer service industry so I get people have bad days but at the end of the day perception is a reality for people who are paying for products or services that leads to paying others paycheck to live. Hopefully those staff members who looked unhappy get taken care of what they need to enjoy life, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it was too apparent to not point out, how else can individuals grow without being held accountable. We need to take personal responsibility in any circumstance.
I loved cava, but the staff on 08 16 2022 at 9 o'clock was absolutely unprofessional, left the escaping dirty and had the greatest employment problem ever. the 3 front must be checked by a manager asap. I love cava and eating is always great, but getting a better staff.
I haven't had a chance to dine in here just order take out. Ordered twice from here and the food tastes fresh and filling. Wonderful healthy options that keep you full and satisfied. I love the greens grains bowl personally and load it with veggies toppings. Also a mixture of lemon herb tahini and garlic dressing is delish.
