We all had deluxe cheeseburgers, I had onion rings instead of french fries and dad also had a chocolate milkshake (which was the main reason he chose this restaurant). Everything was delicious, the service and friendliness of the entire staff was outstanding. We planned to stop back by on our way out of town to get shakes for us but were still too full from our massive burgers earlier. Next time in town, for sure!

We arrived around 3:00 PM and placed a takeaway order for two items. The restaurant was moderately busy, but it took 40 minutes to receive our food. It seemed like there was no dedicated cook; the waitstaff occasionally went back to the open kitchen to prepare the meals themselves. I wasn’t expecting lightning-fast service, but the chaos behind the counter was evident, and I felt sorry for the overwhelmed teenagers running the place. The tuna sandwich was quite unpleasant and was served on stale bread. The chicken nuggets were deep-fried as expected, but nothing special. I won’t be returning to this place next time I'm in the area.

We stayed very patient waiting for our order but with no visit from our waitress to let us know what the delay was on our order we asked the other waitress where’s our order she said they are working on it now. Well after another 20 minutes and the other person in our party had sent her meal back to be remade she received a new meal and we still didn’t receive ours. Needless to say patience has run out by this time . We told the other waitress to our waitress we are done waiting and left the restaurant. We only had water so we owed nothing and we left

The food was fantastic, the ice cream was delicious, there were plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were incredibly welcoming!

Burgers: 10/10 People: 10/10 Service: 8/10 Sometimes understaffed Homemade Ice-cream: 9/10 Vanilla is my favorite flavor Milkshake: 10/10 The Red Raspberry flavor is Heavenly Overall: 9/10 I frequent CR at least once each week, and I am typically impressed by the food, service, and genuine passion of the owner. That's it! Hope this review helps someone decide to try out their Hamburger Deluxe burger- yummy experience!

We went again on the way back home to try the homemade ice cream and their colossal cinnamon roll. ALSO very worth it. The cinnamon roll had proper homemade cream cheese icing! And was indeed humongous! Ice cream was great, think homemade vanilla soft serve with whatever sundae toppings you could imagine.

If you want a good meat to bun ratio then get the double patty. We ordered the burger with an egg specifying runny yolk but yolk came hard. Speaking of hard, the potato skins were just horrible!!!! It seems as they have been left in a walk in and then microwave. Shake was just ok. Was too sweet. Pie was ok. Filling was ok but crust tasted/felt more prefab than homemade. Ice cream was nothing special (which is why the shake is nothing special) Covered outdoor seat was a plus. If you like a good burger and shake diner, I would SKIP this one and look elsewhere.

They take your order and it's that easy. The fish and chips were ok, so was the steak. The witness told us they are famous for their burgers. So will try that next time. French fried are amazing.

The portion si... read more This restaurant is overpriced and disappointing. I paid $19.67 for a single meat patty cheeseburger that was nearly buried under an entire onion. The portion size was extremely small, and I received only a few bites of salty potato salad for $3.99. The homemade lemon malt/shake was just ice cream from a machine served in a cup with some syrup poured on top. The place was also dirty!
