Leona Cakes And Pastries - Cosenza

Leona's has the best tasting cakes pastries in the city. My personal favorites are their: Carrot Cake always my #1 choice for a birthday cake for my parents Mango Mambo i love that it's not too sweet has a layer of custard Chocolate Surprise best chocolate cake everrr!!! Every chocoholic would love this. Choco Mocha Mousse sweet, creamy, melt in the mouth goodness Cookies n Cream Cake ohhh, Oreos! Blueberry Crumble (Loaf) my mom's favorite! I love its sugary crumble topping ..their cheesecakes are not bad too. And I've still yet to try their Red Velvet Cake bec according to many it's really good. I spent my entire college life baking red velvet cupcakes for our class so I kinda grew tired of eating this stuff. But I might give it a try next time and we'll see. LOL This Leona's branch is big too and they have a variety of cakes on display (unlike some branches that only offer limited choices)

Leona's is seriously one of the best bakeshops in the country. I have adored their breads and desserts and biscuits and everything they have as long as I can remember. They have this taste that is quite addicting and will leave a distinct imprint in your palate. Their red velvet also tastes so good. It was just pure bliss, just thinking of the way it melted in my mouth makes me drool.

I'm a big fan of their Vegetable siopao. It is absolutely the best veggie siopao ever. A good alternative to the usual meat siopao. Of course, they still also have an excellent selection of cakes and other pastries.

I love their cakes here! I tried the oreo cheesecake and cream puffs, it was so good that I couldn't believe how low the prices are. :
