Read a review on the Struan Bread that was sold at this very small bakery hidden away in Cosby Tenn. The shop was closed on Friday when we arrived, but the restaurant next door helped me obtain a loaf from the freezer. Got it home....and man...oh man!! Never tasted bread like this! To die for!!
