Tacovino - Corvallis

Today we had the best lunch at TacoVino. The spectacular Queso Flambeado had delicious Mixed Cheeses, Roasted Red Tomatoes, Garlic, Scallions, Flamed Tequila, and Fresh Lime squeezed on top and Corn Chips. The Korean Beef Short Rib Taco had Grilled Beef Bulgogi Short Rib, Cucumber, Pickled Carrot, Cabbage, Sriracha- Lime Crema, and Cilantro on a Corn Tortilla. The flavors worked beautifully together. Went for holiday gathering yesterday and 8 people we're squeezed into a table for six.The servers were pushy and rude..They made a big deal out of only making two tickets to pay.i won't take friends here again,it seems to be to much of a bother to the wait staff. There are other places we feel more welcome to spend a few hundred dollars on a lunch. Merry Christmas..thanks for throwing the wet blanket on our day.

Oh My Goodness!!! The carnitas, the questions, the guacamole, just absolutely amazing

The food is some of the best I have had in Corvallis, and most of the staff is great. However, after repeated negative interactions with a hostess, I am left with a negative taste of the restaurant’s overall culture.

This is taco heaven! Don 't expect enchiladas, burritos or the typical combo plates that get 'nuked '. While there are a few other dishes (e.g., salads), this is the most incredible collection of fresh, unusual (e.g., Peking duck) tacos. You won 't find better. Lots of drink options, too.
