Dining at this campus restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences. While many patrons appreciate the fast service and fresh options, including excellent teriyaki chicken, others voiced frustrations over long lines and inconsistent portions. Complaints about certain staff members creating a less welcoming atmosphere and the quality of rice added to disappointment. Although the location benefits from quicker food turnover, limited staff can lead to delays in replenishing the menu. Ultimately, while some loyal customers remain, a need for attention to service and food preparation is evident for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Long lines from 11 and they can not store basic clamps such as Teriyaki chicken or even white rice or brown rice. 20 minutes wait to find ours, they don't have what is not appreciated.
This Panda Express location is smaller than others due to its on-campus setting. As a result, food items are restocked more quickly, but there can be delays since they have a limited number of staff to refill them.
The experience at Panda Express was disappointing. There is a white, brown-haired employee who seemed incredibly unfriendly—arguably one of the grumpiest people I've encountered. I believe she should consider a different role.
