Caves Bier Kitchen - Corvallis

The spinach artichoke dip was fabulous! Definitely going back just for that! We also had the tuna melt and the Korean Rice bowl, both great alternatives for those who don’t care for burgers. I look forward to returning!

Delicious food, really unparalleled in terms of quality compared to other Corvallis breakfast/brunch spots. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. The menu isn't very large, though that allows them to focus on making what they do serve even better I suppose. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food prepared to specifications. Lovely decor fitting the theme of the restaurant. They have a gigantic bottle menu, and many high quality drinks on tap. I don't often come for dinner, but when I have it was likewise very quality.

I certainly loved their food and customer service, great area right next to where I live. The workers are always very nice. Will come back again.

Yum!!!!! The family and I went there tonight for dinner. Right off the bat I really appreciated their approach to social distancing AND that all their staff were following it! The beer and food were amazing! The tuscan chicken was delicious and I liked that it was not something I had encountered before. My whole family loved every bite of their dishes, so much so that they didn't share at all! So glad we found this place! We'll definitely be back!

An excellent place for good food and some authentic European beers. Soft lighting and inviting atmosphere as you walk in. Bustling, yet quiet environment suitable for a business meeting. Service was great and knowledgeable. Did was above average and prepared as ordered. Prices as expected. Next time I'm in Corvallis I'll stop by.
