Well Mira Rio was not open and we found th... read more We went to Coruche today it was Hot 35degs….easy to park and went to look at the River for fishing and to have Lunch. Well Mira Rio was not open and we found this Restaurant that at first we thought was closed but thank God it was open. However after a phone call it was open and we had a lovely Lunch, the choice was limited but every one of the three courses was presented and tasted great. So sorry we forgot to ask our really nice girls name who served us she was so nice and helpful. Bit dated inside but do not be put off we enjoyed it so much, thank you guys.

Thoughtful service, inti... read more We went there on an October Saturday night and had a great meal. We were the only diners but this didn’t take away from the experience. Thoughtful service, intimate decor with a soothing musical background, portuguese dishes with a gourmet twist (welcome change to the overloaded dishes from some other restaurants in the area) and very reasonable prices. My wife had the tournedos which was great, I had a couple of starters as my main dish as I am vegetarian and they could only make me a salad. Still great, tasty and always served with a smile. Highly recommended.

We were driving through the countryside (Evora to Obidos) and looking for a place to eat lunch and enjoyed a delicious traditional Portuguese meal here. The food and service were fantastic and we had a lovely conversation with the owner about our trip to Portugal. He had some excellent recommendations about the areas we were headed to.
