Very characteristic exterior for the rest everything in the norm

Bagno Vignoni is a delightlful spa town in the Val d'Orcia area in Tuscany. In the main square there is a hot spring and there are quite a few eateries to choose from. We chose La Terrazza because it was warm and they had a lovely undercover terrace overlooking the pool. What can I say about the food? It is wonderful and according to the menu sourced locally from farmers using traditional techniques and as organic as possible. I had the pecorino souffle with balsamic vinegar, honey, cinnamon and pear joy for your mouth. The I had a risotto with zucchini but instead of being made of rice, it was made from spelt grain and it was a net of pecorino cheese. It was amazing. The pistacchio fondent cake with icecream was amazing. The service was good. Highly recommended!
