Description

At this popular breakfast spot, diners can indulge in a wide selection of drinks and delicious donuts. While the friendly staff and quick service are commendable, some recent experiences reveal inconsistencies in food preparation and order accuracy. Patrons have reported issues such as incomplete filling in cream-filled donuts and excessive butter on bagels. The drive-thru service can also be hit or miss, with items sometimes tossed carelessly. Despite these hiccups, the quality of coffee and consistency of sandwiches remain strong points, making it a reliable destination for morning commuters. Overall, there's a mix of delightful flavors and room for improvement.

Iced coffee is great, good access and exit routes to the drive through. In and out made easy.

I love the Elm Road Dunkin. Great crew great service. They are crazy busy in the morning so be patient.

Update: A buddy of mine brought me cream-filled maple frosted donuts and there was almost NO cream inside. It was an absurdly small amount, like you'd have to almost intentionally and maliciously include the amount that was there. I wish I had taken a picture...Original Post:Uber Eats delivery wasn't ready when I arrived or packaged yet. Items were just laying on the counter separately. Please have things ready to go!

Absolutely terrible service at the checkout counter i’ve never experienced the customer service at any dunkin as i did this morning the lady taking my orders name was arianna and she has one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen she was very impatient and she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were placing our order then she was talking about us to her other coworkers if you have a problem taking peoples orders you shouldn’t be working in customer service that simple she did not need to act the way she did and it wasn’t just towards us either she was rude to the gentleman infront of us as well i doubt this is the first time she’s acted this way in her place of work and it probably won’t be the last that is not the type of person you want working at your store interacting with your customers
