Dunkin' - Feedback

What Manuela Bartoletti doesn't like about Dunkin':
I usually love Dunkin', but not this particular location! I live nearby and get coffee here everyday. This morning, I realized my coffee had no flavor after I had already left the store. When I went to eat my donut, the icing was all over the bag. And to top it off, my bagel was burned. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they hung up on me. I had a great experience with my coffee this time. It was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I like it with the right amount of cream and sugar well mixed in. In the past, sometimes the coffee hasn't been as good - either lukewarm with barely any sugar, or the sugar was left at the bottom of the cup making it difficult to stir while driving. Because of this, I would usually end up tossing it before hitting the road. View all feedback.
