This is aboustely disgusting and unacceptable and this is just NASTY ???????? ruined so today went got chiptole for lunch and I found a dead bug either fly or Cockroach nasty i didn't even want anything back in store credit just my money back I don't everwanna go back this is nasty and this store needs to be investigated since there are multiple complaints for this store HORRFICAND NASTY....I wish I could do zero stars
It's like a Mexican buffet, but you customize your meal by telling the staff behind the counter exactly how you want it made. The food is absolutely delicious!
I realize that things can get chaotic during busy times, but there's really no excuse for being rude. Our online order accidentally went to the Niles location, so we chose to cancel and place a new order in person here. Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly and hurried us while we were trying to navigate the app. They also messed up our order, and when I asked for my wrap to be double-wrapped, they just tossed another wrap into the bag without proper care. To top it off, the wraps had a taste reminiscent of dish soap.
I wish I could give this place zero stars! For over $7, the amount of food is unacceptable. They should at least make an effort to fill the bowl. It had barely 10 tiny pieces of chicken. I'm completely done with Chipotle. I'll be going to Hot Heads from now on, where they actually care about their customers.
This location is much better than the one in Niles. They always have your food prepared and ready on the shelf, even during busy lunch hours. I’m really impressed by their level of organization.
