Small diner, big thumbs up for food! Eggs over medium, bacon, grits, whole wheat toast, veggie omelet, hash browns w/w toast. The grits were creamy and delicious, none of that instant stuff! The bacon was meaty and yummy, not overcooked and dry. The omelet was great and the eggs were cooked right. The biggest surprise was the toast. So good! View all feedback.

The food arrived hot and fresh, but lacked in filling. I ordered the burrito with bacon and sausage, but only found a small strip of bacon with no sausage, and an abundance of green peppers. The home fries were cooked perfectly and were the saving grace of the meal. View all feedback.
Beautiful fresh seafood! simply the best. I have 3lbs of boiled and peeled golf shrimps and young were good. large size and sweet taste. pair wonderful with their homemade cocktail sauce and smoked laughter! these young were the size of my finger and I'm not a little man.
Favorite seafood market in tampa bay area. great selection. love the stone crabs! good the journey from every direction worth. highly recommended.
A very good breakfast experience. Got there around 10:00 AM and the place was packed. We got seated very fast and service was prompt. I enjoyed the food and would visit this place again for sure.
Delicious food, super friendly service. Coffee kept coming along with the smiles. Ordered Polish sausage grilled with onions and peppers with eggs and home fries and enjoyed it so much I ordered it again on our second visit. Hubby thought he saw SeafoodBenedict on the menu so on second visit he ordered it and it was actually Seafood omelette but they made it as Benedict for him.How accommodating is that? Cortez Cafe is on our must visit list whenever we visit Anna Maria Island in the future.
This is one of my favorite place. Everybody there was friendly. The service was awesome the food delicious, the price we're fair. I just love it. I fully recommended this place.
