The dining experience goes beyond just the food; it’s truly an event, no matter how many times you visit. I absolutely adore this place, from the Diablo Sunrise Margaritas to the steaks and appetizers, all the way to the cake we end up taking home because we can’t finish it after everything else. What I cherish even more is the opportunity to chat with Chef Andreas as he makes his rounds, checking on our meals, describing what we’re eating, and giving us insights into the menu. And let’s not forget about his lovely partner, who gladly shares the secrets behind her signature drinks. Both of them are incredibly kind. While it’s not the most affordable option, if price were your primary concern, you’d probably just eat at home. This restaurant is a hidden gem, better suited for a bustling city, and yet we’re lucky enough to have it just a few minutes from our home. Treat yourself and experience it for yourself. Meanwhile, I’ve left the cake in the fridge...

We had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, with excellent service and a diverse menu. We kicked off our meal with the crab and avocado appetizer, which was fantastic. Kris ordered the King Salmon, while I chose the steak. The steak was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked and tender all the way down to the stem. The wine list is quite extensive, so you can’t go wrong with your selection. We even made reservations for Valentine's Day right at the restaurant.

We explored Corsicana and were kindly invited by Andres to meet the chef. I believe it was the best meal I had in Manhattan last year. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're returning, and the trip to Corsicana is absolutely worth it, even if you live in the Metroplex.

We came late into town and wanted a nice dinner. Stunning over this place, sat on the Diner side, when the Bistro was a little loud for us, tired as we were. The service was great, the steaks were perfect. We had the fried ravioli for an appetizer, it was crispy with creamy cheese inside. Ends a steak home. Good evening for us...

Food was excellent and service is awesome! There’s not a place like this in Corsicana! Hands down best place for a fine dining experience.
