The food was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly, although they appeared quite surprised to receive a tip. This really reflects something about the people in my city. Don't forget to tip your servers, as their work can be quite challenging. View all feedback.

I've been to this restaurant several times now. Sometimes I order breakfast, other times just a coffee. On two occasions, I dealt with a server who was more focused on her phone conversations than on assisting me. This morning, after paying with cash, I didn't receive my change. They are a bit costly....it's set up in order ....They have a TV, also a fire place with a romantic style setting Their donuts are freshly made their sandwiches aren't as filling for the price and the rich price of their coffee is overrated...Friendly service ...stop in for a cup of coffee and a donut ....may you all be blessed Jesus Love's you!! Parking: It's like about a 20 parking and they have a drive through.. Kid-friendliness: As long as you got control ️ in how your child acts...They are welcomed

I have stopped at this Tim Hortons several times. Each time the service has been slow and often rude, but today was ridiculous. I walked in to the restaurant and heard the staff loudly bad mouthing the last customer. I realizes there was a line in the drive thru and realized I would not be immediately waited on, but assumed I would be waited on in a timely manner (after 2 cars possibly). When the 4th car went through and no employee ever acknowledged my presence, I had had enough and left. I frequent Tim Hortons in Erie, Jamestown and the Buffalo are often and have never been treated as I was today. Like I said this was not my first visit to this location, but it will be my last.
