Nestled in the heart of the city, this Tim Hortons location boasts a welcoming ambiance with its clean interiors and cozy decor, complete with a fireplace. While patrons rave about the excellent coffee and freshly made donuts, the drive-thru experience often leaves much to be desired, with long wait times and occasional order mix-ups. Service can be hit-or-miss, with some staff displaying a less-than-enthusiastic demeanor. Despite these quirks, many locals appreciate the friendly attitude and the effort to remember regular orders. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting for coffee lovers, albeit with a bit of patience for the service.

I have stopped at this Tim Hortons several times. Each time the service has been slow and often rude, but today was ridiculous. I walked in to the restaurant and heard the staff loudly bad mouthing the last customer. I realizes there was a line in the drive thru and realized I would not be immediately waited on, but assumed I would be waited on in a timely manner (after 2 cars possibly). When the 4th car went through and no employee ever acknowledged my presence, I had had enough and left. I frequent Tim Hortons in Erie, Jamestown and the Buffalo are often and have never been treated as I was today. Like I said this was not my first visit to this location, but it will be my last.

Poor customer service stood in line for 10 minutes with no service and then as me and another gentleman walk out the so-called manager Jackie comes outside and talks to a gentleman about shoving her sidewalk said sir you don’t need to do that, but yet she couldn’t take five seconds to take mine and another Gentleman’s order They really better management Service: 1
The lady that makes the sandwiches is on the ball.. the other guy is worthless..he should of had coffee ready do it packed Service: 3
Sooooooo slooooowwwwwww Why have the option for a pick up time on the app if you're not going to start the order until I get there??? Also, you really need more workers. There's only ever one working on counter orders so everyone has to wait, patiently, in line. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
