There can be two cars in front of you and you’re waiting to order, waiting to go through, and waiting at the window. Minimum of 15 minutes.

We went through the drive through and the person taking our or... read more I’m from Canada and can say definitively this was the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. We went through the drive through and the person taking our order disappeared without warning for long stretches of time, making us wonder if she was even there. I ordered a bagel, toasted, with butter and cream cheese, and 2 coffees of different sizes, one without cream. When we finally got to the window the woman who took payment said very little to us, didn’t even make eye contact before turning away. When we got our coffees, they were both the same size and she said, ‘I think this one is the soy milk’. There was no writing on the lid to differentiate either coffee, but, we got a medium for the price of a small I guess. The coffee tasted alright, definitely different than Canada though, but I don’t blame the store for that. On to the bagel. It wasn’t toasted, the butter was still in lumps and the cream cheese was so thin and only on one side. It was actually difficult to eat. When I saw Timmie’s in Corry I thought, great! This place is ALWAYS consistently outstanding. But, if this is the standard for Tim Hortons in America I don’t think I’ll ever go back. From service to food quality, an absolute mess.

I have stopped at this Tim Hortons several times. Each time the service has been slow and often rude, but today was ridiculous. I walked in to the restaurant an... read more I have stopped at this Tim Hortons several times. Each time the service has been slow and often rude, but today was ridiculous. I walked in to the restaurant and heard the staff loudly bad mouthing the last customer. I realizes there was a line in the drive thru and realized I would not be immediately waited on, but assumed I would be waited on in a timely manner (after 2 cars possibly). When the 4th car went through and no employee ever acknowledged my presence, I had had enough and left. I frequent Tim Hortons in Erie, Jamestown and the Buffalo are often and have never been treated as I was today. Like I said this was not my first visit to this location, but it will be my last.
