Pu... read more 1/2 the pumps don’t work for diesel. The pumps that do work pump at the slowest rate on the planet! Took nearly 20 minutes to pump 20 gallons. It’s pathetic. Pumps are in poor condition and the area around pumps is very dirty. Last time stopping here

The store is clean and has a good... read more My husband, our grandson Eedan and I stopped at Shell for gasoline. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. The store is clean and has a good selection of items available to purchase. Its restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Some of the ladies restroom doors have some severe chipping that requires maintenance, but all of the doors close and lock appropriately. The employees are polite. The huge, free parking lot is clean and well-lit.

Some of the pumps were not working... read more This is normally one of my favorite stations to visit on my way to and from Houston. My recent visit was less than pleasant. Some of the pumps were not working so the traffic at the pump heading into a holiday weekend was crazy. When I finally get to a pump, it is beyond nasty because it is one that also offers diesel. You can tell the pumps haven’t been cleaned as well as the pavement in a while. Once I filled up and moved away from the pumps, I popped inside to visit the restroom and it was somewhat clean. The stalls and toilets were ok but there was a lot of water under the sinks on the floor and all over the counter. I grabbed a nice cold drink and got checked out pretty quickly by a very nice young lady with long black braided hair. Did not catch her name. She was the nicest part of my experience.

M... read more The manager is completely rude. He bad- mouthed an elderly employee because she was too busy to refill cups. He continued getting more and more disrespectful. My husband intervened and told him not to speak to her like that. He threatened to call the police on him. He then shouted at us all the way across the store!! This guy needs to be removed!!!
