You have some pretty outstanding employees. On Sunday I was traveling home, stopped there to get gas, my car wouldn’t start after. Not knowing anyone in the area, I went inside and the cashier gave me a name to call, she said if no answer come back in and she would help me figure something out. I placed my order on the app about 45 minutes ahead of time and arrived right on schedule at 9 PM. However, I was told it would be another 6 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer since I prefer my food fresh, but that 6 minutes turned into 15. Awful customer service. I’ll be going to the brew from now on.

The card reader outside wasn't functioning, and there was a long line inside. Delivery was happening through the main door, taking up even more space.
