Wingstop - Corpus Christi

The wings at this restaurant are always delicious, but the location and wait time are extremely disappointing. Ordering over the phone took 20 minutes, only to be told to order online and then wait an additional two hours for pickup, only to find out the order wasn't ready. This happened even for a simple combo order, not for a large group. The long wait time was frustrating, and I don't think I will be returning until they hire more staff and improve their service. It's a shame because the food quality is the best in the area. In short, great food but terrible wait times, as it seems the restaurant is more focused on handling foot traffic than ensuring quality service.

The service was slow and disorganized. The wings were tasty, but the soda was flat and the fries were overly deep-fried. It took 45 minutes from placing our order to finally receiving our food.

Wings are always good but everytime I do a online order and I come to pick my food up I always get it 30 minutes later. The sad part is I'll come 15 minutes after the expected time the food should be ready by. 3x this happened so I'm sure it's my last time ar this Wingstop.

Told me pick up time was at 8:20, get there 8:19. Told me to wait 15 minutes, then 10 more then 5, which it wouldn’t had bother me as much if I hadn’t placed my order around 6:40pm. I would much rather they tell me I don’t know when your food will be ready than lying to my face with made up timeframes that just makes your costumers angry when you miss it
