The Phoenix - Corpus Christi

Unfortunately, we were unable to dine at Phoenix on Sunday night because Hurricane Harvey caused damage to our beloved Texas town. However, I have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years and can say that the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I sincerely hope that they did not suffer too much damage and can rebuild. I look forward to the town recovering so we can return, stay, and support the local businesses.

About the nicest restaurant in downtown Port A we could find. Food and Sushi were very good. A bit pricey for the meal, but I expected that. Scallops and Crab Cakes were awesome!

Great food and drinks. The crab claws are the best this time of year. A little expensive $30 but if you have a group its a great appetizer! The sushi Lew is my favorite ! Ruby and Waldo are great too with the Miso soup. Don't forget to try the Phoenix Old Fashion or Lemon drop Martini ! Andi and Victor are friendly servers that makes sure you get exactly what you want. Andi even sang us a lil birthday song!!

Great food and bar drinks. The best Phoenix Old Fashion with dark red cherries ! Reasonable pricing for all the food you get. Always the same Great service, great sushi and great bread!! My favorite sushi is Lew and Ruby! Best to make reservation to get a table before 8:00 pm.

Hostess is always short and borderline rude, everytime, it is almost as if it is a theme??? Peak times , they seem overwhelmed, short handed. It is what it is , I guess. Island peak season.
