Tgi Fridays - Corpus Christi

We had a BIGGG table, they could see that they were working short. eating was as good as you should expect for a NON specialist place. I don't have any real complaints. we will return.

Sunday lunch hour.. not very busy .. service was okay ..for it being slow the waiter did take his time. No check on refills needed. Nice person but slow service. Food was just okay .. chicken tenders really really dry, fries were okay as well. Burger was juicy. Pasta was warm good flavor ... overall experience 3 stars.

For this experience, I have to broken it up into two categories: food and atmosphere. Dining was a 10 out of 10. The food was amazing! I'm definitely one for leftovers, however the food was worth the stomach pain eating it all in one setting! Enjoyed it down to the last bite!! It was mouthwatering, flavors complimented each other and the seasonings were exquisite. The only miniscule complaint is that I wish they would have used a different cut of the beef. The ribs barely had any meat on them. If it wasn't for the rice, I'm not sure the meal would have been as fulfilling As far as the overall atmosphere goes, we chose a time close enough to the lunch rush, yet the restraunt failed to fill up. It was literally me and one other table. It didn't take long to understand why most people called in orders and picked them up. The wait time for the in house experience was a little ridiculous considering how empty the place was. The staff was nice, however the waiter seemed as if he wished he was somewhere else and bored with us. Also thought it was strange that the bar tender was our waiter considering we were nowhere near the bar and there where two other waitresses there... Was left a bit confused but with a happy, full stomach.

Service was slow there were about 2 other tables. Food took long chicken ranch Burger patty was more like the ones from the frozen section. All our other meals were pretty good.

I hardly go to Fridays and I forget why until I go and the last time I went was 3 years ago. The food is great and drinks and selections but the service is bad. I went and there was one other table and the server was too busy on her phone and talking to her coworkers. Only came to the table to get the order and give it and that was it. I'll wait another 3 years to go again
