Taqueria Jalisco No 4 - Corpus Christi

The food at this restaurant is consistently flavorful. However, there are times when the service could be improved. The interior is clean and not too crowded in the afternoon, making it a great spot for a date. The prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

Went for lunch, this is one of our regular Tex Mex places. Today I ordered one of their specials the Birria Plate . I had asked the server what it was, she tried to explain it to me, but I didn 't really understand, I was about to order something else when she brought me a small sample of it, I immediately changed my mind and ordered it. It was similar to Carne Guisada but instead of the gravy the guisada comes with this was cooked in a very flavorful slightly spicy sauce pan juice. The meat was super tender and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I 'm going to have to check the regular menu to see if it 's on there. I will definitely order it again if its available. This was a wonderful new taste treat for me. As always the chips and salsa were plentiful, the tortillas were warm and fresh, the place was clean and the servers were attentive.

Me and the wife always get drive-thru breakfast here. The tacos are great! I love me a potato and egg taco here! The wife gets a bean and cheese taco and they're always perfect! The bean is never runny and their tacos stay together. They never make a mess! Me and the wife only normally spend $7 here for the both of us to have four tacos. Cheap and affordable! Would highly recommend this Jalisco in the Corpus Christi Southside area!

Jalisco #4 is so delicious. I just took family there from N.M. where we an abundance of green hatch chili and red chile. I have to say they loved the menudo hete in south tx and they just loved everything about it. Thank you for your wonderful service. ? blessing to all .Food: 5/5

The best taco I have had in a long time! Carne Asada, avocado, Pico de gallo on corn tortillas! Yum!!
