I had a middle original and my husband had a middle deluxe. They were very good, the bread was perfect. Here is my only complaint, the menu is high, my husband has bad vision and I think my even with glasses found it hard to read the menu. There were no paper menus everywhere, so we both ordered basic, and even then did not know what was on him, for example onions that I did not say. But it was good next time will lo... What User doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
Don’t waste your time placing an online order. They serve everyone ordering in restaurant before you, even if they ordered after you. I had 3 sandwiches ordered, not a particularly complicated order. Finally ready 20 minutes after predicted time it would be ready. View all feedback.
The cashier, Valentina, was incredibly rude. None of the staff were friendly or showed any manners. Had to ask for the chips, cookie, and drink that came with my meal. Just don’t go inside and eat, get it delivered
We went for just the cinnabons and the staff was very nice and added pecans since they were out of all but one kind.
Only sand, the options are turkey or roast beef... no ham, no salami, no chicken... etc.
The sandwiches were good. The Cinnabons were okay. I start to believe that the concept of service with a smile is a thing of the past.
The first time here. Didn't know what to expect. The big sandwich ordered. Too much for me. Didn't expect it to be so big. Tasteful. Will definitely return.
