Sandi's Diner - Corpus Christi

This food always meets the point! breakfast and lunch all day. vegetarian options, as well as, traditional diner eats. we love the coffee. it is especially good with one side the biggest cinnamon I have ever seen. We're regulars. can you say it?

We ate breakfast here twice. They have the best waffles ever. Omelets are so fluffy. Our server, Michael, was very attentive. Overall a great experience.

First time here. Decided to try the lunch. My daughter had the child's chicken strips. She loved them . They were soft and the coating was very good. You can tell these were hand breaded and battered . I had the Daddy O Hamburger . It was not only appealing to the eyes it was Delish !!!! The fries were very good as well. I will definitely be back to try the breakfast. The staff was very friendly . I fell in love with the decor.

Took our family of 7 today, we went for the first time. Food took a little which is to be expected, since 1) you know it's homemade, 2) it's delicious worth the wait! The mickey/minnie pancakes for the kids were great, my daughter had a bacon,egg cheese taco. The tortilla was fluffy tasty! My other daughter had the chicken tenders, she said they were good. Husband I both got burgers those were fantastic too! We ordered a cinnamon roll to go, our waitress brought us a couple brownies to go, both were great! We definitely will be back to try more can't wait for the new location to open! We also got to talk to Sandi herself, very nice!

SWEET BABY JESUS! THIS FOOD HAD NO BUSINESS BEING THIS GOOD!! Cute dinner, cool staff (MICHAEL'S THE BEST) and great decor tunes. VERY affordable menu. 10/10. I had the veggie omelet and it was sooo FRESH. SO GOOD. My sister had Waffles. And baaaby those don't need any syrup, or toppings at all in my opinion. I will be back.
