Montana Mike's Steakhouse

Went when it was slow. Our serve was very attentive and kind. Food was 8/10. We got steak and chicken fried chicken. The mashed potatoes were amazing and I love the steak.

If you don't like crowds and have an hour and a half to kill, this is the place to go. Less than 6 tables in use and it took forever to get waited on. And then wait and wait on our order. And wait and wait on the check. And wait and wait to pay out. And never got our drinks refilled. The food was ok. Pass on the chicken strips and go for the salmon. But the service; C'mon Mike, you can do better.

I called to order take out. I was told a 35min wait which was fine. Although I never had a chance to order my food. I was left on hold for 15min before I hung up the phone and called somewhere else. I even tried calling on another line while on hold. When answered I was put directly on hold again. Worst phone experience.

This was our first time eating at Montana Mike's.It was our waitresses 2nd day working there and they kept seating everyone in her section and she was trying her very best. When I went to pay my bill our waitress was trying not to cry due to being overwhelmed. There was an old couple sitting next to us and they were not happy and were vocal about it. I went and paid their bill to give them a free meal hoping that they might take it easy on our waitress. I tried to give her a pep talk to calm her down but I kind of figured the manager on duty should be helping her. Other than our waitress being very nice the food wasn't the best my steak wasn't prepared properly but I wasn't going to compound her issues, I ate some and took the rest to go. I watched the manager on duty kind just meander around the restaurant not really helping, he did go over and take the old couples complaint (which is how I knew it was her 2nd day working). To be a manager you need to be a leader and letting new staff fend for themselves is not being a manager

First the appetizer was cold as if he sat well in the back. then several tables also complained about their food cold. bad service several people had to complain to the manager and price was very little to reduce. I happen several times and never had this bad service at this time I would not recommend. we should have stayed with the cold appetizer.
