Egg McMuffin with the app was $1 (Deal). I also had a hash brown and water. Both were fresh, warm, and served promptly. I ate in the clean and bright dining room. I believe this is the best McDonald's in Corpus Christi. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The drive-thru takes an incredibly long time. The line moves at a snail's pace, and they rarely ask cars to pull forward, which causes delays for customers who have ordered just one or two items. Last week, I ordered a cup of coffee, and it was barely warm. I ended up having to go inside to get a fresh batch. View all feedback.
I waited about five minutes before a shorter guy with glasses approached me to ask what I needed. Is it really that difficult to acknowledge customers, especially when it's not busy? Even if they’re not responsible for the register, it would be courteous to inform another staff member that there’s a customer waiting. I’ve worked at McDonald's before, and they always emphasized the importance of recognizing and welcoming customers. I understand that waiting is sometimes unavoidable, but it would have been nice to at least receive a simple acknowledgment or assurance that someone would be with me shortly. I was very close to expressing my frustration, but I tried to remain patient. Overall, the staff really needs to improve their attentiveness and customer service skills.
I went to pick up a delivery order that consisted of a big breakfast and two orders of hash browns. I drove through the drive-thru and waited for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Eventually, I decided it was time to leave. I only ended up getting $3 back for the order, and it felt like a complete waste of my time.

Wait 45 minutes for a meal! 45 minutes! only inextricably idk was a problem when they could see manhood members standing around. I will never go back there again!
Bad customer service. I came to pick up a Grubhub order the other day inside the restaurant. There was one other customer eating and an employee on break in the lobby. Drive thru was not even busy. Tall skinny guy was bagging. He saw me when I first came in and that's when he decided to pretend he did not see me standing there waiting. He avoided to look my direction knowing I was there. The other guy in charge of fries saw me too. Both continued doing their own thing like they didn't just make eye contact with me. I waited probably 5 minutes before a shorter guy with glasses decides to ask what he can get me. Is it so hard to acknowledge customers? If you're busy or not in charge of the register at least let someone else know that there's somebody there... I know some places don't allow others if it's not under their name in case register is short. I've worked at McDonald's. It was my first job and they've always taught me to acknowledge the customers. As soon as a customer walks in, you're supposed to greet them. But these kids don't even want to be there. I don't mind the wait but at least learn to acknowledge or say, We'll be right with you I was so close to letting out my inner Karen right there.
