La Jaivita Mariscos #2 - Corpus Christi

Trace of the moment decision to stop here and eat at lunchtime. we had a plate of mini-tacos and a fajita quesadilla and let mm tell them both were delicious. service was great and the bathrooms were clean. it had a small bar area and the atmosphere was very pleasant. we will stop here definitively.

Our experience was excellent. Dozen oysters were large and delicious, served on ice with cocktail sauce, hot sauce and limes. Shrimp cocktail was served cold and scrumptious. Combo ceviche tasty and the mini fajita tacos to die for. We were here after tourist season and we had awesome service.

They have really good tacos. My dad enjoys the seafood soup they offer. He decided he would come here over anywhere else on his birthday and he didn’t regret it : good service as well!

Oysters were delicious! Service is quick and the restaurant has a really relaxed, beachy vibe. I didn't love the seafood cocktails or the calamari, but my boyfriend got the grilled shrimp tacos and those looked really good.

First time going to this location will also be my last. The other Mariscos Crosstown Port is fantastic! This establishment was spotlessly clean, staff was friendly.. just like the other one, yet for $14.95 I basically received a child's plate for my order! The shrimp fish on this seafood platter were like Boat Net chain take out $5) quality, the rice crab salad were excellent. Yet when I left, I felt more hungry than I was when I arrived. I'll never go back to this Southside location.
