What Marina Carter doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Purchased two banana splits bananas were hard and sour took them out threw them away very little very very little topping. I told girl with glasses at window that they look plain she said that's how they come BS other diary queens make them really good and worth it. I won't be returning to this restaurant again after two disappointing experiences. The food was served lukewarm when it should have been hot, and cold items were served warm. It felt like throwing money away for such poor quality.
My review scores a 50. Here's why: 1. Excellent customer service. 2. Friendly cashiers. 3. Prices are on the higher side, but the food portions are generous. 4. They frequently run out of drinks quickly. 5. It tends to be quite cold inside.
I witnessed the manager going above and beyond to assist a customer. The service was excellent. The Belt Buster hamburger combo was quite good. I'll definitely return, as I frequently do, for the ice cream.
The eating was good, the workers were very friendly and eating came quickly love to go to this dairy queen
They made our desserts too early. blizzard didn't even check the head down because it was melted.
