I'm livid! I ordered a delivery for 2/18/2022 in Texas from corpus christi to rockport. they did not tell me until I called (I live in las vegas to find out when it would be delivered that they did not give, they deliver there and they fed ex’d it! who knows where it is now! fe can't tell me it wasn't delivered and she goes early in the afternoon! there are not enough minus stars for me to give cbd! it's a big thing.

This place was the ultimate lifesaver! Great service and great cookies! Thank you for the quick same- day delivery! Made my cousin's birthday a special one!

It was my brothers birthday and I had no idea what good bakeries are around him. I live in CA and he’s in TX. I came across Cookies by Design and I am so glad that I did, because it ended up being a great choice. The bouquet of cookies were reasonably priced and my brother said they were delicious. He showed me a pic of the bouquet and it was perfect! It was exactly what I wanted. Delivery was $25, which was a bit much but after I spoke with the delivery person, it was worth it. He called me to tell me that my bro wasn’t there. My bro said he was 20 mins away. I asked if he didn’t mind waiting. He said no problem. He ended up waiting close to 40/45mins. I texted to see if he was still there and he was but never complained. I offered to tip him and even sent the Apple Pay but he declined. He graciously accepted the tip from my brother and said it was okay. What a great guy and a great bakery. All around a fantastic experience with this company.
