Service sucked. What happened to Chick-fil-A! Ordered a Gluten Free bud, the lady at counter said we have multi grain buns, I said no I need gluten free bun, then she had to be told by another employee no, Gluten free. Of course the bun was still partially frozen. Sucked! Tried to eat the grilled chicken without the frozen bun, sucked...is this real chick. Loved this location. It's the largest location i have ever seen, at least twice the size of any other location I've visited. It was busy but as expected service was top notch and fast. Food is great!
I ordered my food thru drive- thru...the lady on the other end seemed hard of hearing a few times, but she was able to get my order down to a T so I give her an E for EFFORT. My order was made correctly, hot, fresh. Here is some pics for yall to see enjoy...if you ever want to go eat during BREAKFAST TIME! ?
The service was disappointing. What has happened to Chick-fil-A? I ordered a gluten-free bun, but the lady at the counter offered me a multigrain bun instead. When I insisted on a gluten-free option, another employee had to step in and clarify my request. Unfortunately, the bun I received was still partially frozen. It was quite unappetizing! I tried to eat the grilled chicken without the bun, but it wasn't satisfying at all. Is this really the standard we expect from Chick-fil-A? I appreciate your efforts to rectify this situation; it shows that you care about your customers. I will continue to visit your restaurant. Thank you!
Food is always at right temperature. The service is fast and friendly. They know how to manage the lunch hours to get the drive thru lines moving. Food is always delicious.
A few minutes later, our food arrived for our family of six, and there was only one napkin on the tray. I decided to go to the front counter to request more napkins, and I was given about five. I’m not sure what the policy is, but I typically use at least two napkins while eating, especially with six of us dining together. The entire meal turned into a discussion about the lack of napkins and why the staff was reluctant to provide us with more. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before, so congratulations, Calallen—you’ve set a new record!
