now, we stopped after we left the bucs day festival at 940 o'clock, so it was kind of late. the nuggets were made fresh there, so a high five. we bought the 2 for 5, which was a lot and made fresh again. faster service and nice customer service. View all feedback.
What Francisco Bartoletti doesn't like about Burger King:
I purchased an impossible burger for a reason and when I lifted up the bun, no lettuce, no tomatoes and no onion but there was bacon. I mean come on people! The manager will be hearing about this for sure. In the mean time, check your burgers folks. View all feedback.
The service was so bad I can’t give it a zero or I would !!! For one employee in drive thru was very rude at taking the order kept rushing us. Second our meals were messed up, didn’t give us condiments and when I asked for napkins after the employee rudely handed me soda and spilled some of it the employee practically threw them at me and shut the window. Managers definitely need to work on this place!!
I was the ONLY one in line to order. I waited a few minutes to order. I got to the window and paid and was given my drink. 22 mins later I got my food.I ordered the #12, chicken fries and French fries with an extra chicken fries order.I have no idea what these people are doing in there, but they already took my money.I got the food and the fries were a good temp. The chicken fries were cold.I always thought that deep frying these items only took like 2 3 minutes. Waiting 5 maybe even 10 mins wouldn't be so bad. But 22 mins?! Thats horrible. Don't bother with this one.No condiments at all. Didn't even ask me just shut the window.The thing they did do right is they gave me 2 napkins.
Drive them fast and fast. friendly and beaten dame at the car thru window. eating was hot and good. the people here are always so friendly drive past other burger kings to stop here. these employees deserve an increase. at this point 08/18 about 3 on the afternoon. keep the great work.

I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King due to the poor service and unclean environment. There were only two employees working, which led to slow service. The lobby was crowded with homeless individuals, charging their phones and using the Wi-Fi, making it very noisy. The tables were all dirty and messy. When I asked the young man to clean our table, he took a towel from behind the trash can and only made it stickier. I believe there are better Burger Kings out there, but unfortunately, not in this area.
