Acapulco Restaurant Bar #4

This is the 2nd time we've brought home our to go orders and the charro beans are at best luke warm. The corn Tortillas on the taquitos mexicanos were not warmed up and were tough and the meat had way too much grizzle. We have called to let them know however they didn't care so we will definitely skip them next time.

My husband and I were charged extra when we requested the tortillas morenitas. The extra charge was because it takes longer to brown the tortillas. I bet if we ordered a medium rare steak, they would not deduct from the price since it doesn’t take that long to cook. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

Gave a 3 star because server's or waitress are a little rude when you walk in they don't acknowledge you and they make u feel little . I'm standing there because it says please wait to be seated. Food was good and hot wasn't cold Atmosphere is okay in the morning pretty quite and wished server came around a little more for refills.

The staff at this location are horrible and rude. We found a bug in our food. Then as we were feeding our baby we found a hard plastic in his mouth that came from the beans. We tried to get a hold of a manager or owner but the staff kept hanging up the phone. My daughter gets there in person and they tested her worse. No one apology and kept saying it was not their problem. They have the worst staff and very unprofessional and unsanitary!!!

Horrible!!!! All we wanted was a flat and cook quesadilla that was cut!!!! Not the folded one. I paid 70 freaking dollars for cold food that wasn’t right! Then I go back to place another order hoping this time it would be correct and NOPE! Wrong again! You shouldn’t have people answering the phone and taking orders if they can’t get it right or not understanding! I’ll NEVER go back to this place.
