Best food on Coronado! The waiting staff is incredible. Real professionals. Rashid went beyond and beyond the call of drunkenness. He's got me a ginger from his car. What an incredible guy! Exceptional food. Can't say good enough. View all feedback.
What wayne doesn't like about Chez Loma:
I made a reservation for four people three days in advance which turned out to be two at the last minute. Upon arriving at 8:30 pm we requested a table on the patio near the window. The hostess refused to accommodate us saying she needed to keep the table available in case a party of four walked in. It was our first time there and we didn't want to make a big deal of it because we had heard so many good things about... View all feedback.
Good evening. Great ambience, fantastic food, affordable prices for such a chic little bistro in the center of Coronado. Our waiter, Art was WONDERFUL! Saw in the veranda like bar and had an early dinner consisting of only two appetizers salmon star toast and mussels in an incredible saffron sauce, with the most crispy fries ever both were so generous portions, we were full as ready! It was filled with a creamy vanilla cream-colored cream glasses. Will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best meals of my life. Everything was perfection, and the service was impeccable. I couldn't even get great photos because I was too much hurry to get the food in me!
The first time. I'm not impressed. The service was the only thing that was good at dinner. Drinks are good. They wouldn't serve a salad because the salad man didn't show up. Couldn't even make salad? There were only 4 tables with people who were not busy. The steak of the steakfries was served cold, although the frits were good. I had a better French onion soup and the beef burgundy was a bit salty. For a $100.00 dinner it was far below par.
So happy we decided to try this long-established restaurant. Great wine and food and service was great. FYI, parking is scarce as it's in Coronado and the restaurant doesn't have it's own parking spaces so plan accordingly.
