Delicious desserts I like the gelatos wife likes the frozen yogurt nice people their friendly helpful GREAT on a hot day

I don't come here very often anymore but stopped in for the second time this year. I used to visit more regularly when they first opened. The first thing I noticed was that the place smells like dirty mop water. There was a stench in the air like the floors were dirty. It was 3:45 pm on a Thursday and only one other customer in the store. The yogurt doesn't seem like it used to. It has a more ice like texture with a higher water content. It used to be creamer. This is like ice milk with flavoring. It was edible, but it doesn't make me want to come back again.

Young lady and manager are rude. Manager has a bad attitude when ask to correct the price on over priced punch in the cashier made. We ask very politely to correct, she just look at me like I was stupid but they made the mistake. I hope your day get better. I understand you may be going through something, but don't bring it to work and treat the customers like ****.

Always a pleasure taking my family to this location. Staff is always so friendly and everything is super clean.Kid-friendliness: Kiddos love this place!!

Went to this location randomly while in the corona area turns out the day I went there was a special promotion buy 1 get 1 free so this place was packed yogurt was good service not so much the lady at the counter was a bit rude and demanding she rushed us out no hi how are you today other then the poor customer service I might come back again?
