It was the best day ever, according to my daughter! She absolutely loved her chocolate pancakes, while I thoroughly enjoyed my pork chops and eggs. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. This place used to be so good back in the day. I don't know what happened but it went down hill. Food is not that great at all anymore. Also I noticed there are no long lines anymore like before. The place used to be super popular. View all feedback.
The food is phenomenal, I always come back here. The staff here is amazing. Everything is fresh and made to order. I always feel welcomed and taken care of while I’m here.
I ordered their chicken fried steak with pancakes. I cannot stress enough how delicious their country gravy is and how perfectly cooked the chicken fried steak was. The gravy was savory and full of flavor (where I've normally experience pretty bland taste elsewhere) and the steak was moist and juicy on the inside with an AMAZINGLY crispy breading. When it comes to the service, whether it was our waitress, the bus boy, or the hostess, they were always making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meal. The place can get busy, but that adds to the charm! It wouldn't be a small, family-owned restaurant without the hustle and bustle of the locals.
The banana pecan pancakes are amazing! Their service is outstanding! We love coming here.
The only thing better than this home deliciously cooked food is the caring and professional service. 2nd to none. Highly recommend.
Way over priced. Burnt toast and under cooked hash browns.Never again.
