What Shay R doesn't like about Sarku Japan:
I have ordered from this restaurant many times over the years. In the past, when I requested extra Chicken Teriyaki, they always gave me the additional chicken as requested. However, lately they seem to have forgotten what "extra" means. The last few orders I received had a regular portion of chicken instead of the extra chicken I paid for. This restaurant is definitely one of my top choices for dinner. I have been enjoying Sarku since I was 17 years old, when they were only located at Queens Center. The food is amazing and at this particular location, there is always seating available. If you come across a Sarku, be sure to check it out. View all feedback.
