Rubio's Coastal Grill - Corona

One of the few places in the inland empire where you can get fish tacos any day of the week. Add a beer to the Fish Taco plate and it's a better day! And hands-down, the best salsa bar around and the other restaurants need to take note. Well done Rubio's!

Normally have no complaints about this location. But I just spent $70 on lunch and the rice in all 3 of my California bowls was crunchy, and there was no lettuce in any of the bowls, and same with my Burrito Especial. Very disappointed.

The food was good, both dishes were very flavorful with nice portions. The customer service was on point. Friendly and professional. My only gripe with this place is the level of cleanliness in their dining area. The salsa station specifically.I understand things get busy, but two different employees walked right by it, looked at it, and did nothing. One was even wiping down tables.Not a huge deal but it's not very pleasant and it's a simple fix.

I ordered the fish taco especial and was not disappointed. It was a hearty taco and the fish was pleasantly crispy. In addition, I ordered the chips (something I've never done before). I was in love. They were light and crunchy and just the right amount of salt. Also, the fish in the fish taco was light and cruchy, too. So happy with everything that day.
