Miguel's California Mexican Cocina

Great quick service after I finish my hair. Very recommend this place of service is great food was great they have an appetizer or small bites menu that was just perfect if you were not too hungry I had four taquitos on this menu and that was more than I actually wanted. But don't complain. Very close to the theatre so good for before or after a movie. Large alcoholic drinks and a good choice.

That was my first visit to Miguel's and I wasn't disappointed. The server was super sweet and friendly. The food was great and much better than my expectations. I ordered from lunch specialties (chickens and beef phajitas) and the part was quite large. They gave five tortillas that so many prepare them for dinner, and frankly I only needed three. Always choose for the flour tortillas as they are homemade and very tasty. Obviously, when you visit Miguels for the first time and let the employees know, they offer you a free flan! I originally refused because I am not a fan of flan, but the server asked me to try anyway, and since it was free, my friend insisted that we accept. I'm so glad I did it because it was really delicious! The flan is also made in the house and is not to be missed.

I had a great lunch here before I went to the movies. We sat outside with beautiful views and were abused with water that was so refreshing on a hot day. We ordered lunch specialties that were plenty and delicious. Our server Stephanie was very attentive and seemed to read my opinion a few times, wasn't on us yet. I was on a 90-day trip and she was the best server I had on the trip. Absolutely come back!

I love the service and the food is fast and amazing. The waiters are wonderful so keep it up!

Lunch here for the first time. Chips served warm, salsa spicy but oh so good. Lunch combo plate was excellent as was the lunch fajitas. The huevos rancheros breakfast served all day with potatoes did not cut it however. Did not like the ranchero sauce or the pungent cotija cheese. We did not try cocktails, but they look appealing and they do have a happy hour. Very popular and attractive setting by the water for outside dining or inside with charming ambience. Service was good, parking was easy. Happy to recommend.
