Little Caesars - Corona

I place an order for 3 pepperoni pizza and they gave me 2. I told them I said 3 because I had kids at home.They said I have to wait more than half an hour. Having to wait half an hour more for their mistake is ridiculous and just for ONE more box. I ended up waiting an HOUR just for THREE BOXES. They can never get an order right every time I go!! The pizza doesn't even look like the advertised photo. Not worth waiting an hour just for 3 boxes.

This place needs management the guys were awesome working on orders but a group of girls laughing and looking at customers like if they were talking about them. So point is my order took longer because the girls were to busy chatting catching up laughing while customers waited longer for the orders to come out. and the gentlemen were taking the heat for them which is not ok

I came in here last night and was immediately greeted by Matthew. I have to say, I was very impressed by his level of customer service. After asking about what?s available and taking my order, I could just tell that he is a hard worker. I didn?t tell him but I asked for his name and thanked him for his outstanding customer service and wished him a great night. He?s a good kid and his parents most definitely raised him right. Thank you Matthew.

Did a phone order and they told me 15 minutes and we got here at 20 minutes to give a little bit extra time. Walked in and was going to pay and first the lady did not find my order and then she told me that it was not ready and I asked her how much longer and she told me she did not know. So I waited another 10 minutes and I still had to wait on the crazy bead. Then after I paid another employee asked the lady at the register if she still needed my order.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this place while trying to order a pizza. I waited on the phone for 8 minutes without anyone answering. I expected a quicker service for fast food. I recommend going to Lamppost Pizza instead, where they actually respond to customers and provide better service.
