I was terribly disappointed with my birthday brunch experience! We were a party of 9 celebrating my bday! We did not receive any water. I wasn't given a napkin and when I requested one, the waitress forgot to bring me one. We ordered bottomless mimosas and my glass was only filled 3 time during our 2 hour limited stay. I wasn't given a bday song and dance like other bday celebrants! We finished our meal and were about to leave when we had to ask for a bday bday recognition. Our bill was over $500, which they already included the tip and they would not split the bill with separate credit cards. We could only use one credit card and/or cash. The new ownership should step up the customer service because we did not receive quality service- especially on a special occasion as expected and for the price we paid! Sadly, We will not be returning.

They have been open more than 2 years. I want for Corona Businesses to succeed. I have experience in restaurant management and want to give a fair review.Hire more people.Your servers are doing everything with no support. Quality of food is on Point. Your servers to do the hosting, bussing, tending drinks, and overall customer experience: Owners need to be there for them.One star for ambiance because I stared at 4 dirty tables for 45 minutes. (Not including my 30 min wait to be seated.
