Love, love, love this place. We discovered Coro pies by accident on one of our trips to Coromandel town. Since that time we HAVE to visit and take some of their amazing pies home to Auckland with us. If you're in the area you won't regret visiting them. I can't recommend any one pie because they're all delicious. Go and visit them, you won't regret it. View all feedback.
What Dave Miller doesn't like about Coro Pies:
Brought my tour group through Coromandel for lunch on way to new chums beach and thought Coro Pies would be the go for lunch but very disappointed to find them closed despite both Google and the sign on the shop window saying they would be open on a Wednesday. The other options in Coromandel for a quick lunch were not great. Not likely to bring tour group to Coromandel town again. View all feedback.
I also want to mention the exceptionally friendly customer service; the lady who served us was absolutely delightful. There were tables outside the shop, but we chose to stroll around town while enjoying our pies. If you’re ever in the area and looking for a bite to eat, I highly recommend stopping by Coro Pies!
Delicious crust, tasty fillings. My patner and I have been on the hunt for the best pies in NZ and these pies are that. Would recommend 100%.
Rich filed pies! We had the chicken veggie and it was filled all the way! Delicious with a coffee! Recommend getting a snack here.
