I ordered a baked potato, but when it arrived, it was a terrible grey color. I rejected it and was informed that it had been sitting in the warmer since noon. I was puzzled as to why they would still try to sell it to me at 3:30pm. I was offered a prawn salad instead, which I accepted and enjoyed, although it was a bit small for the price of 7.50. Never disappointed by wroes! this week they came back to my rescue and arranged to get a kiss to my daughter in surrey, it came the next day! great service!

Still a very good none chain department store offering premium products. Had a great sale on and readily price matched a Le-Cruset kettle we found in a sale online. Staff are attentive and helpful. Has a nice cafe on the top.floor along with toilets. Good range from boots to underwear to kitchenware. Nice feel to store, recommended.
