What a lovely experience! I had a fantastic lunch with a delicious fish pot and crunchy bread. The restaurant had a great variety of food options, a good location, and reasonable prices. The cakes also looked amazing, and I suggest checking out the local food shop just a short walk away. I will definitely be returning soon!

I don't believe there are any average reviews here. Just returned from an amazing meal. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We started with calamari and shell-on prawns as starters, followed by scallops and prawns (a special) and a steak with salad, and finished with a shared dessert. The dishes were all well-prepared and tasty. The only criticism is that the salads that came with the main course were a bit large for us, and the scallops probably didn't need bread (but we have smaller appetites than most). The steak was the best I've had in years. If we were staying another day, we would definitely return, but unfortunately we are leaving tomorrow.

We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant with generous portions and friendly staff. The food was a step above typical pub fare, especially the delicious Cornish mush and fish soup. The kids enjoyed their fish and chips, and everyone was pleased with the huge chocolate cake.

Really good food, friendly service. had calamari for beginners, not too much battery and was beautifully spiced. haddock filet from the special menu was also good, really fresh. the sea bass was also delicious, really nicely cooked. restaurant had a nice atmosphere. great for families and couples.

The cod and sea bass are absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. The service didn't match the excellent standard of food I think the waiters might have been short staffed and/or inexperienced drinks arrived slowly, a chardonnay came as a shiraz, although it was corrected promptly.
